Our delivery radius is 100 miles from our yard in KCK, but we’re also excited to offer nationwide delivery for large loads of 22 to 24 tons. If you’re interested in working with us, reach out with the details of your project.
We’re happy to help you load your order into your vehicle if you’re not interested in delivery. We can dump bulk product into your pickup or flatbed trailer, or load bagged product into any vehicle.
Let us know if you’re interested in local delivery! We can load up orders up to 14 tons in our dump truck or flatbed truck and delivery almost anywhere within our range.
We’re also excited to offer nationwide delivery for bulk orders of 22 to 24 tons. Give us a call to discuss the nature of your order if you’re interested in a nationwide delivery.
We drop off most deliveries along the base of your property, typically on a driveway if possible. For bulk, loose rock, we will dump your order. If we can’t dump onto your driveway, we will place it onto a grass or dirt area. We recommend providing a tarp for bulk items to be dumped onto.
Palletized orders will be set onto your property with our forklift, again preferring your driveway if possible.
For special drop requests, you or another property owner must be present to direct our driver, and you must sign a liability waiver before we enter your property. Our drivers will have the final say over the safety of any dump location.
For palletized orders, we will place the pallet anywhere on your property at a rate of $175 per hour (min. 30 minutes). Your drop location must be dry and have a minimal incline. We won’t stack or move any items of yours beyond your current delivery.
If you’re planning a special drop request, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to plan your delivery so it goes as smoothly as possible.
House of Rocks doesn’t offer any installation services for our products; our services stop after your rock or gravel delivery in Overland Park. We are happy to provide a referral list of skilled contractors if you need help with installation.
