Our delivery range is 100 miles in any direction from our Kansas City, Kansas, rock yard. We can also serve nationwide customers for large orders, so reach out to us if you’re interested in long-range delivery.
We’re happy to help you load your order into your vehicle if you’re not interested in delivery. We can dump bulk product into your pickup or flatbed trailer, or load bagged product into any vehicle.
Let us know if you’re interested in local delivery! We can load up orders up to 14 tons in our dump truck or flatbed truck and delivery almost anywhere within our range.
We’re also excited to offer nationwide delivery for bulk orders of 22 to 24 tons. Give us a call to discuss the nature of your order if you’re interested in a nationwide delivery.
For both bulk product and palletized orders, we will drop your delivery off at the base of your property, prioritizing a driveway if possible. Otherwise we will drop your order onto dirt or grass. For dumped orders that will be dropped onto grass, we recommend laying a tarp down in advance (not provided).
Palletized orders will be dropped off using our forklift.
We can accommodate special drop requests as long as the safety of our driver and equipment is maintained at all times. The driver will have the final say on the viability of any special drop requests for your gravel delivery in Blue Springs.
Dumped orders can be dumped anywhere that is accessible by our dump truck. We require that you are present during dumping to direct our driver. You will also be required to sign a liability waiver before we will enter your property.
Palletized orders can be set down elsewhere by our forklift at a rate of $175 per hour (min. 30 minutes). The entire path to your intended drop site must be flat, level, and dry so that our forklift can access the area. Note that we are unable to move any items other than your immediate delivery with our forklifts.
If you know in advance that you will want a special drop location, let us know in advance so we are all prepared to accommodate your request.
House of Rocks accepts returns conditionally, minus a 20% restocking fee. We will also charge a pickup fee for all delivered orders.
To accept a return, the items must be in the same condition as delivered. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason. Read through our complete policies if you’re interested before placing your order.
