Birch White

Birch White (aka Cottonwood) is a local Kansas limestone that has been used for generations to construct some of the most historic buildings throughout Kansas. With a naturally rough texture, the medium-density veneer showcases a blend of soft whites and off-whites, accented by subtle grays and occasional warm rust tones. This palette creates a rustic yet elegant look that pairs beautifully with both traditional and modern designs.

Chopped (Machine Split) – Random squares and rectangles
Dimensional – Sawn Top & Bottom in a pattern of heights (40% – 11.5″, 40% – 7.5″, & 20% – 3.5″)
Options: Thin veneer (+/− 1.25″ thickness) or 3–5″ full-depth stone
Coverage (Full-Depth): Approx. 35 square feet per ton (2,000 lbs.)
Texture: Split-face, naturally varied surfaces
Color: White, cream, wheat tones with veins of gray and occasional rust
Care & Maintenance: Medium-density limestone; darkens with age. Seal or power wash to maintain light color
