Spacing Guidelines:
Every 12 Inches on Edges: For a secure fit that prevents weeds from creeping in at the seams, place a pin every 1 foot along the perimeter.
Every 2 to 3 Feet in the Center: For the interior of the fabric, a “staggered” pattern (like the 5 on a die) every few feet is usually sufficient to keep the material flat.
Overlap Zones: Where two pieces of fabric meet, you should overlap them by at least 6 inches and pin through both layers every foot to ensure they don’t pull apart.
